1. Return & Refund Guidelines
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Original Receipt: Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Condition: The product must be in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Any damage found will void your refund request.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will review it and process your refund if it complies with the conditions above. Refund processing can take a few days, and you will be notified once your refund has been issued.
2. Refund Details
We take great care in inspecting and packaging all products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, there may be issues such as stock shortages or inventory problems, leading to order cancellations. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment was made online.
Please Note: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: SOLDR will cover the cost of return shipping, even if the original order did not have free shipping. Please use the provided return label or reach out to us for assistance with return shipping.
4. Unclaimed or Returned SOLDR
If a customer does not pick up their SOLDR from the courier within the specified time frame, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. Please ensure you are available to receive your order or contact your courier and change delivery to a parcel point to avoid extra charges.
5. Lost Packages Due to Theft
While SOLDR is not responsible for packages lost due to theft or courier mishandling, we recommend you contact the courier immediately for assistance. Since our store ships to many countries, you cannot choose “Parcel Points” as an option directly through the checkout. However, you can specify that you want your package delivered to a parcel point instead of your home address by directly contacting the courier using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the courier for assistance.
6. Package Lost Due to Courier Mistakes
In the event that your package is lost due to a courier mistake, please contact both the courier and us immediately. We will need a notification from the courier confirming that the package is lost. Once we receive that notification and the courier takes responsibility, we can send you a new order.
7. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If you’ve entered an incorrect address when placing an order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order or edit your shipping address (you can find a button in your order confirmation email that leads to "view order" where you can cancel your order or change address).You can also contact us at support@soldr.pro but we recommend that you use the approach above since we might have a timezone difference. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot change the delivery address retroactively. In this case, you will need to:
- Contact the courier using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email to request the package be redirected to a parcel point. You can then either pick it up or wait for it to be returned to us and we can send you a new order.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address, we are not liable for any losses or damages. You will need to resolve the issue directly with the person at the incorrect address or the courier. In most cases, the courier should not deliver to an address where the recipient’s name does not match the customer name.
If the package is returned to us, we will resend it to the correct address, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

We may update or amend this policy to reflect changes in our service or operations. When changes occur, we will post the updated policy prominently on our website.
